Introducing, Studio Square.

Whether you are scouting an urban setting, chic NYC lounge, neighborhood bar, vast open garden, open rooftop with panoramic Manhattan views, or just raw white space as a “blank canvas”, Studio Square can provide you with ultimate flexibility, great aesthetics and cost effectiveness.

Our complex is comprised of 10 unique filming locations from 2,000 sq. ft. up to 30,000 sq. ft. and the configuration is limited only by your imagination.

(1,500+ sq. ft. indoor pub room with open layout and 15+ ft ceilings)

The Loft
(10,000 sq. ft. event space with private 800+ ft VIP/Green Room and 3,000 sq. ft. wrap-around terrace)

The Executive
(1,500 sq. ft. lounge-style event space with built-in couches along the perimeter and low coffee tables to give it a “Manhattan” lounge feel)

The Parlor
(2,500 sq. ft. open event space with a 1,000+ sq. ft. terrace)

The Salon
(3,500 sq. ft. open event space with a 1,500 sq. ft. terrace)

The Gallery
(7,500 sq. ft. event space with Manhattan views)

The Empire Suite
(7,500 sq. ft. lounge-style event space with leather-wrapped, Mahogany bar and unobstructed Manhattan skyline views)

Top of the Square
(7,000+ sq. ft. open-air roof deck with panoramic views of Manhattan skyline and the 59th Street Bridge to the west and unobstructed 10 mile views to the east)
